We’re looking to strengthen and grow our Bank team. The Bank team is at the core of Bokio’s strategy in 2025. They are responsible for bank integrations, and develop services and features that diversify and enhance Bokio’s offer, aiming to deliver a trustful and complete bank solution for small businesses.

• We are a cross-functional team (consisting of Engineers, a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and supported by an Engineering Manager), collaborating directly with other teams as well as external partners

• Our team is split between multiple locations in Sweden (mainly Gothenburg and Stockholm), and as such, communication and collaboration are things we care a lot about and do really well

• We enjoy a large amount of creative freedom in solving challenges, with clear directions and ownership of our area

• Our tech stack is centered around .NET, C#, React/TypeScript/CSS.

• We are an open and diverse team that welcomes contributions and new ideas in software development, architecture, technical leadership and ways of working

• Our ways of working are based on Agile principles

Who you are

• You care about users and improving their experience

• You are curious and are looking for ways to improve and learn

• You enjoy and promote close collaboration with your colleagues, both in the team, as well as across the organization

• You are a good communicator, comfortable with spoken and written English

• You care about and use sound engineering practices to develop stable and maintainable software

What’s in your backpack

• You have deep understanding of all the stages in the software development lifecycle, software architectures and providing technical leadership

• You are great with .NET and C#, and comfortable with React, Html, CSS and Typescript/Javascript

• It’s considered a bonus if:

  • You have worked either in a Tech Lead role, as a Software Architect or have been a mentor

  • You have worked with customer-critical applications where information security was important

  • You have/had your own company, and understand the perils of running a small business

  • You are familiar with accounting or fintech
